The first repaint that I am attempting is a model of the FM Rail Blue Pullman.

Here are just a few photos to show you how I am getting on so far.
This is a model of the FM Rail Blue Pullman, with the FULL rake of ELEVEN coaches. Why the Blue Pullman?? I really couldn't tell you!!
I decided that I wanted to do something different, and when the Blue Pullman first came to South Devon, with its new Nanking Blue Pullman Livery, I thought, Thats it!!
I haven't done much modelling before, especially in THIS size, and with the detailing i'm going to do!!
The Locomotives are Graham Farish Class 47s, as are the MkII FO and MKI coaches.
The coaches are the earlier type with the removable inlays, which I have purchased new inlays from Taylor Precision Models.
Alot of other detailing is taking place throughout the train which includes parts from

Railmatch
B R Lines
(and others)
Here are a few pictures to get started, but I will be putting more up soon!!
I have now re-started working on the Blue Pullman, and hoping to get it completed before the N Gauge Society Annual Model Making Competition in May 2009, (Lets see what gets in the way this time!!!!)

At the beginning of 2006, FM Rail launched its BLUE PULLMAN early in 2006, with top and tailed Class 47s, 47709, Dionysos, and 47712 Artemis, usually hauling the train.
After seeing this at Credition and Goodrington I decided to reproduce it in N Gauge..
Take a look through the galleries to see what I am doing, and please feel free to comment on anything you see..

Here is the progress of the Locomotives.
These are Graham Farish Class 47 Locomotives that will be stripped and resprayed in the Blue Pullman Livery with ALOT of extra detailing!

Here are the pictures of the start of my first N gauge modelling project, FM Rails Blue Pullman, as the full rake with the TWO Class 47 Locomotives, 9 MkII coaches and 2 MkI kitchen/RU coaches.
I'll take you through step by step as I do each stage.
